Creating sushi since 1996, chef and owner Sonny Xia isn’t new to the world of fresh fish. Patrons of other restaurants he owned or managed know that he is a chef that never compromises on his ingredients – from freshness to preparation.
His goal is to create and balance the flavor of fresh fish with simple ingredients in a classic style. Haruki Sushi House is a customer-oriented restaurant with a welcoming environment, friendly staff and delicious food. Sonny wants Haruki to be a gathering place that celebrates great Japanese food, hospitality and drink.
